For thirty years, Mr. Butler practiced law at the prestigious International law firm of Sherman & Sterling, where he was a Senior Partner, concentrating in Corporate, International, Tax, Investments, Intellectual Property, Value Creation and other areas. Dr. Butler insight into optimizing relations with venture firms and investment bankers provides invaluable input into optimizing every transaction Venvalo’s clients get involved in. Mr. Butler holds a BS from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from Duke University.
